As a full-time Behavior Technician, you are the heartbeat of our clinical team. Working in-clinic, one-on-one with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, you will turn clinical data into real-world triumphs. Many of our client learners exhibit severe behaviors due to neurological, environmental, and physical factors. Breakthroughs are possible with high-quality ABA therapy and support from dedicated staff. Whether you are helping a child express their feelings for the first time, teaching an adolescent how to make a friend, or giving a family the peace of mind they deserve, your dedication directly shapes someone’s future.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Be the Catalyst for Growth: Deliver high-quality, fun, and play-based one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients build vital communication, social, and daily living skills.
Turn Challenges into Triumphs: Safely navigate and de-escalate challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement and evidence-based interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Capture the Journey: Track client progress in real-time through precise, digital data collection, allowing us to accurately measure and celebrate every single breakthrough.
Collaborate, Participate, Celebrate: Work closely with a supportive team of BCBAs, fellow BT/RBTs, and leadership, to provide and model clinical excellence in ABA therapy.
Full Time, in Center: Continue your career in a supportive environment where your professional development is a top priority.

WHAT YOU BRING
High School Diploma or equivalent (BA in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus!).
Experience as an ABA Behavior Technician is highly preferred, but we will fully train the right candidate.
Ability to pass a background check, legally authorized to work in the U.S, with reliable transportation.
