Registered Behavioral Technician (R.B.T.)

Aim High Impact is currently hiring RBTs to expand our staff and support growth initiatives. In this position, you'll be tasked with 1:1 direct intervention with children with autism in a clinical/school setting. Full-time and part-time positions available. This position is paid hourly and full-time employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week. Full-time hours are 8:30AM-6:00PM Monday - Friday. BCBA Supervisor

Aim High Impact is looking to fulfill a supervisor role in a BCBA setting. In this role, you'll be tasked with overseeing a team of RBTs as they interact with clients in a clinical/school setting. Please note that all applicants will be required to show proof of current BCBA certification in the state of Oregon. This a full-time, salaried position. Full-time hours are 8:30AM-6:00PM Monday - Friday. All applicants should be 18 or older with a high school degree. At AHAMA, we have a satellite program in which our instructors drive out to our partners in the community and teach them martial arts. Candidates who are able to provide their own transportation is a major plus.
